Master Teacher Emeritus
Hillary Weir earned her Masters degree in school administration and leadership from Cambridge College in 2010 and her undergraduate Biology Education degree from Mercyhurst University in 2006. Hillary has been a middle school science teacher for nine years; previously teaching science to inner city students in Portsmouth, Virginia. She is currently focused on the use of online learning and using some flipped classroom methods, as well as Kagan cooperative learning structures to help her students succeed. Hillary serves on her schools instructional leadership team, CDEP committee, and data team. She is also a member of NSTA and STANYS.
